Thank you Selina! We are not hooked up to county water and you are right ... the burned out house that we removed had a septic and field lines ... but ... I'll share more in the next entry!
DeletePatsy, your bathroom looks lovely, and it is a nice feature window! I think you have pretty windows over there!
ReplyDeleteMy, doesn't modern living get so complicated to set up!! I'm thoroughly enjoying this series. It was worth my day's work to read it!!
With warm regards,

Thank you Rachel! There are so many rules and regulations and permits and so on and so on and so ... it's a wonder we all don't live in tents instead of houses!!!!
DeleteWow, it is coming together beautifully Patsy! As the Good Book says, "In all labor there is profit"! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Jes, it has been a journey ... that's not finished yet!
DeletePatsy your hubby is very handy. Having him work on the house would have saved so much in labour costs. Can't wait for the next instalment.
ReplyDeleteYes, Nanna Chel, he is very handy and you are right he has saved us a lot of money in labor costs! For those things that he couldn't do by himself, thankfully we've had skilled volunteers to help out. We have truly been blessed!
DeleteEach step looks good Patsy. I knew you would need a bathroom! I can live in one room but with a bathroom too!
ReplyDeleteYour husband has been amazing... you are a wonderful team!xxx
Thank you Annabel, we strive to work hard as a team knowing that by doing so we can accomplish so much more.
