A Working Pantry is more than just about food! It's about household items needed to keep my home running smoothly readily available when needed.  It's about keeping a gift trunk so that I'm ready for any gift giving occasion.  It's about a lifestyle.  It's about keeping my home and looking well to the ways of my household and it's about doing it all as frugally as possible.  I hope you enjoy what you read here.

  1. I love the way that you have packaged up your fudge in cups. Great idea! Today, I haven't really done much in the way of Christmas preparations though I'm about to help my young boy make some chocolate coated macadamia nuts for his Dad for Christmas. Best go and put my apron on! Meg:)

    1. Debbie, I purchased that roll of red paper probably 5 years ago. It was a huge roll and on clearance! It has served us well and we still have quite a bit left on the roll!

  4. Nothing really in the way of prepping for Christmas- I think I'm about finished! I did get one last gift I had ordered for my Dad in from Bass Pro, so I wrapped it. I made fudge and cookies just for my family to enjoy.
