How I Make Turmeric Capsules

After posting this post, I have been asked by several people how I make the turmeric capsules I mentioned making.  Here goes ....

I use 00 capsules that I order from Amazon.

I use turmeric that I either purchase in bulk from the little non-electric Mennonite store I get to go to a couple of times of year or from The Bulk Herb Store online.

You can use a capsule machine if you want, but I don't.  I just open up the capsules and scoop/fill, tap/shake it down and scoop/fill again, then put the cap on the capsule.

That's it, that's all I do.

I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening for arthritis and inflammation.  It really helps me and I can tell a big difference when I don't take it for several days.  (Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, what works for me may or may not work for you.  Please consult your doctor before trying this remedy.)

One other thing I do to try to help control inflammation, arthritis pain and stiffness, in addition to taking turmeric capsules, is to avoid as much sugar as possible.  When I 'intentionally' slip and have a big dose of sugar I feel the difference the next day.  (Yes, I do 'intentionally' slip from time to time!)

I hope I've answered your questions.  If not, feel free to re-ask in the comments below.
