Crocheted Face Cloth

Recently, we had a day that included quite a bit of traveling so, I took a portable crocheting project along with me  ...

I used 100% cotton yarn.

I'm really pleased with the way it turned out.

This 'rose and petal' all natural bar of soap (which I did not make) will be added ...

(I wish you could smell this soap!  It smells so gooooooooood!)

... when being gifted.  Yes, it's going to be a gift!  I'll package it to make it look pretty and it'll be ready to go!  Until then, it will wait patiently in my gift trunk until needed!

Making gifts ahead means I don't have to do last minute shopping, worry about having the money to purchase a gift when one is needed and that I'm ready for gift giving at all times.

It's a win-win kind of preparedness!

  1. Patsy your facecloth is gorgeous. I made some for Mum for Mothers Day. Her neighbours on either side have asked me to make them some. I know that there will be some form of trade so I am happy to do this for them. I prefer the cotton crochet cloths to the bought towelling variety. I wish we had smellavison to get a wiff of the lovely soap.

  3. Patsy I love the colours and that will make a gift that will be most appreciated I am sure. I need to make some more dishcloths/washcloths as I think I lost one I had when I put it outside in the sun and it must have blown away. LOL!
