Valentine Treats 2018

I needed to hit a pause button on the busyness of my life and get these valentine treats in the mail to my out of town grands ... so that's what I did ...

Behind the big strawberry that I made out of foam are their treats!  I love, love, love fixing up treats for the little people in my life especially when everything I use comes from my 'pantry.'

Next up, valentine treats for the local little people in my life!

She looketh well to the ways of her household … Proverbs 31:27

  1. How adorable! Could you share a little more how you made those? I would live to fix some for my
    Grands! Thank you

    1. Angela, the supply list is one red foam heart, green foam, 2 squiggly eyes, ribbon and a sharpie marker. Cut 5 teardrop shaped 'leaves' in various sizes. Hot glue the green 'teardrop leaves' in the 'v' area of the red heart starting with the longest one in the center. Glue 2 more smaller ones on each side of the largest one. Glue on squiggly eyes below the leaves, make a small bow and glue it on top of the 'leaves' where they meet the 'v' of the heart. Draw a lopsided smile on the heart below the eyes using the sharpie marker. All done!

    2. Thank you Patsy! I am not familiar with this foam but I bet Hobby Lobby has it.

    3. Angela, I added a link to the post so you can see what you're looking for. You can find them at Hobby Lobby, Walmart (in their sewing and craft section), Michaels craft store, A.C. Moore, etc.
