Five of My Favorite YouTube Channels ...

YouTube has opened up a whole new way of learning.  In fact, I would go so far as to say that one could find a video on just about anything you wanted with a YouTube search.

With this thought in mind, I thought I would share 5 of my favorite channels (in no particular order) that I try to follow on a regular basis:

(You will find that my favorite channels have to do with frugal living, gardening and pantry building.  The picture is of our row garden.)

The Cheapskates Club

Homestead Tessie

Homesteading Family

Deep South Homestead

Mary's Nest

I would love it if you would share some of your favorite YouTube channels in the comments below!

  1. I too watch a lot of homesteading and gardening YouTube videos. I like Homestead Tessie too. Others I enjoy are Little Village Homestead and Living on a Dime. Gardening I like 2 British channels -- What Vivi Did Next and Sean James Cameron. Just for fun I like to watch a British Boys choir with the most angelic voices I have heard -- Libera Official

    1. Vickie, I like Off Grid Living with Doug and Stacy too, as well as MI Gardener and Prepper Princess. I'll have to check out Onecutecouponer and Alaska Prepper as I'm not familiar with them. You and I are of the same mind set when it comes to the hard core preppers videos. I much prefer the more reasonable ones over the world is coming to an end tomorrow kind.

  4. Thank you Patsy for this information. I'm thrilled, but....... I made the mistake of watching these. Now I have to do double the housecleaning tomorrow for this Easter weekend because I got hooked on videos today!!! Don't think I'll live long enough to try out all the information I'd like to try on these videos, but I'll try to learn as much as I can. NEVER TO OLD TO LEARN NEW THINGS is one of my life's motto's. thank you again!

  6. So many new channels listed above for me to check out!

My favorite is "Learn Organic Gardening at Growing Your Greens." I learn something new about gardening every time I watch one of his videos and the guy is so passionate about vegetables.
