I Finally Finished It!

I've had this quilt made and quilted for several years  … yes, years … except for the binding.  While fall cleaning, I ran across it and put it in my 'get-it-done' area!

On Saturday, I pulled it out and did a very simple fold-over for the binding and stitched it up.  It was perfect for the quilt.  Now, we have another lap quilt to use this winter and I have a 'finished project!'

The pattern is a simple nine-patch and of course, you can see that it is scrappy!

Here it is all folded on the ottoman where it will reside all winter when not in use!

This quilt is the result of the first online quilting sew-a-long I did, approximately 5 years ago … maybe longer, I'm glad to have it finished and ready for use!

  1. Not only is the quilt beautiful, I also love the copper tin punch pie cabinet behind the ottoman! Is it antique? They go together perfectly!
