Our 'scenario' today is short but is not so sweet!  I want you to really put yourself into this scenario and think about some possible solutions.
Here it is ...

Fast forward to the time when your mortgage or rent is due, can you pay it on time?  If not, what are you going to do?

What are your options?

Until tomorrow ...

  1. We did not have any mortgage payment over the 9 months of my husband's last unemployment period but I cannot explain where the money came from to pay it every other time. It was only by God's provision. One time with 5 kids at home we did not have any savings and another time no unemployment checks because my husband turned down a job that he was offered and they reported it to unemployment. He was right to turn it down and God honored that.

  2. First thing I would do is call the mortgage company and see if they could help. Then, I would go through the house and sell whatever I could find to sell, again. I would offer services to neighbors to see if any money could be made that way and exhaust every avenue i could. As a matter of fact, I think I shall make some piles today for donating and selling!

  3. Morning,
It's a tough one. First I would get down on my knees and pray asking God for my daily bread/needs. I know full well God works best between rocks and hard places so I have no choice but to acknowledge Him and his provision. If no emergency money or allocated budget I would contact the bank or agent and inquire about options explaining the situation. Once I have this knowledge in place I would further prayerfully consider options then make a decision.
