Good morning Patsy. These look delicious and right on time as I harvested 8 zucchini yesterday. Cookie
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Cookie! These brownies are quite delicious and a yummy way to use up some zucchini.
DeleteThese look delicious! Can I make these with the zucchini I bought instead of the vegetable soup I was planning? Lol
ReplyDeleteKelsey, LOL, sure, but I don't think it fits your new way of eating!!!
DeleteNo, but I can dream!
DeleteLOL, absolutely!!!
DeleteOh, these look delicious and would def be a good use of the zucchini supply. Maybe I'll make these for book club, instead.
ReplyDeleteLori, they are delicious ... and easy!
DeleteI am saving this recipe and hoping we get more than one zucchini this year!
ReplyDeleteLana, I hope you get more than one zucchini too! We have two plants and they are keeping us well supplied!
DeleteI have a similar recipe that i love! (Smaller with less ingredient amounts, i think.) There’s no better way to eat zucchini, in my book! hehehe….I’ve bookmarked this to give it a go and compare. My husband loves brownies but he’s not in LOVE with my recipe. Thanks so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteEsmerelda, if you try it, come back and let us know what your hubby thinks about it, please.
DeleteI made the brownies this morning and they were a big hit! The flavor is better than my other recipe, i think. But, my husband loved them which is always the barometer i go by. I’ll be making these instead of the other one. Thanks, again!
DeleteEsmerelda, I agree, if the hubby is happy, then it's a win!!
