Note: This is not 'my recipe.' I've had it a long time and used it multiple times. I do not know where I got the recipe, I know that it was online, but regretfully, I am not able to give the original source of this recipe.
Mix together....4 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
then combine..........1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup REAL maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well and pour over oat mixture
Spread on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally remove from oven and stir in 1 cup dried fruits. Let cool completely and store in an air tight container.
