I spent a couple of hours today, off and on, working on these Christmas goodies/treats for the little people in our lives.
Each goodie/treat includes:
a cellophane snowflake bag
various individually wrapped Christmas candies purchased from the store
santa tag (some were purchased at the Dollar Tree in the form of a garland, I just cut them apart and viola! Some were part of the 'tags' box I purchased several weeks ago. Some of the tags were used for for these goodies/treats, some for pencil toppers, shown below, and some will be used for designating gifts ... and I still have a few left on hand. That was quite the frugal purchase as I got them for half off at the time of purchase.)
curling ribbon
Here they are in a basket ready for distribution!
I purchased Christmas themed pencils and using some of the tags mentioned above, I made pencil toppers by cutting two slits about a half inch apart and sliding the pencil in. I then cut a small piece of Christmas ribbon (purchased at the Dollar Tree) and tied a small bow on each.
