When I saw this video on making small draw string bags, I knew I wanted to make some, some as in at least 24.
This week as I 've had a few minutes to spare, I started cutting out the pieces ...
the outer fabric
the lining fabric
jute string
Today, I started stitching them up and finished one completely.
When making several of the same item, I like to do one from start to finish first, so I'll not only know what I'm supposed to do but also to determine if there are any shortcuts I can make.
These are so cute and is something I can do in small snippets of time.
It's also a good way to use up scraps of fabric!
I plan to use these little bags for:
countdown to Christmas activities
small gifts
gift card holders
How would you use these little bags, the finished size is approximately 4 x 5 inches.
