The Week of Thanksgiving 2022: Tuesday and Wednesday!

Making Scrabble is a yearly holiday tradition for our family and Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, I made our yearly batch!  I've been buying ingredients for it a little at a time for several months as it can be an expensive undertaking.

Mixed and the first batch ready to go in the oven.
The recipe can be found HERE!

The first batch out of the oven and cooling!
We munch on this throughout the month of December in addition to giving it as gifts.

In addition to making Scrabble, I worked some more on the quilt tops I have in progress.

When I finish this Christmas cuddle quilt top, I will be finished with all that I plan to do this year.  I'm currently working on some scrappy sashing for it and then it will be ready to move to the 'to be quilted' stack!

One other thing I got done ... I've been working on a project for the little ones at our church that I'm calling, the adventures of Grandma Claus over on my other blog, From This Heart of Mine.  Pop on over there and read about it HERE.

Until next time,

A Working Pantry is a way of life, a lifestyle if you will!

My pantry is intentional, purposeful, simple, practical, frugal and what works for my family.  It’s the food items and household supplies that keep my household running smoothly ready and available when they are needed.  It’s my contribution to our family’s economy and my work-from-home ‘job.'
