~ from my home to yours ... ~
I love our little home, it's perfect for us! There's warmth and love within its walls and yes, mason jars, home preserved foods, herbs, books, WIP projects, lots of snuggly quilts, a swing on the front porch and a rocking chair nearby! We call it home and we call ourselves blessed. We give God the glory for He has had and continues to have His hand in it all!

~ the best laid plans ~

I've been out of town and had every intention of taking you all along with me by continuing to blog.  I packed my ipad, did everything ahead of time that I could think to do except for the content and felt good about my preparation.  But the best laid plans don't always work out and that's what happened with my intentions ... my ipad had issues and I couldn't use it!  I tried everything I knew to no avail, hence the silence on my end.

Several of you reached out to me privately to see if we were alright and I appreciate that so much considering hubby's recent health scare.   Beyond answering each of your enquiries using my cell phone, there was nothing I could do but wait it out.

Please except my apologies, I took lots of pictures and will be sharing those in future posts.

I have a lot to share, but for now I'll just say ...

~ Happy's Mother's Day ~

to every woman who has ever filled the role of mother or grandmother to anyone

I'll meet you back here in a few days with a 'catch-up' post!

  5. What a relief. I was very concerned because you are very responsible and it's just not like you to just go silent. Glad to hear there was no emergency and looking forward to your next post. Happy mother's Day Mrs Patsi. You are asl spiritual mother to many.
